A: You need to complete the visitor registration. *Everyone is required to complete the visitor registration in advance.

A: Once you have registered, you will receive a visitor badge and a visitor badge exchange code (QR) by email three weeks prior to the show. If you have a printing environment, please print out the "visitor badge" in colour and bring it to the venue on the day of the show. If you do not have a printing environment, please show the "visitor badge exchange code (QR)" to the reception machine at the venue. The visitor badge will be printed onsite. Badge holders will be available at the exhibition venue. Please put your visitor badge in the badge holder and enter the venue.

A: No, you do not need to register for each day. Once you complete your visitor registration, it will be valid for all three days of the show.

A: Yes, you can. During the registration process, please select the number of attendees you wish to register and proceed accordingly.
Note: If you are registering multiple attendees at once, you will need to provide information for each person, including their individual email addresses.

A: This message appears for users who started but did not complete their registration.
A re-registration link has been sent to the email address you entered. Please follow the link to resume your registration.

A: Each email address can only be used once for registration.

A: Coupon codes are available through the Show Management and our conference partners, HFTP (HITEC) and APacCHRIE. If you are affiliated with either organisation, please contact them directly to obtain a coupon code.

A: Food and beverage lounges will be available within the venue. Free Wi-Fi access is available in selected lounge areas. For information on coin lockers and smoking areas, please refer to the official Ariake GYM-EX website.

A: All conference registrations are accepted through the registration website. Attendance for all conference sessions is free of charge.

A: After registering for your desired conference session, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please review your application details on My Page and either print your admission pass (QR code) or display it on your smartphone and bring it with you on the day of the event.

A: Please download your admission pass again from My Page. If you do not know your ID or password, please use the reissue function available at the bottom of the login page.

A: All conference sessions are free of charge. However, the conference will be held inside the exhibition venue, and separate advance registration for exhibition entry is required.

A: The conference will be held at Ariake GYM-EX, within the Hospitality Tech Expo exhibition venue. Detailed venue information will be announced in late November.

A: Registration will close once capacity is reached on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will no longer be accepted once the session is marked as “Full” on the website.

A: Check-in is scheduled to begin approximately 15 to 30 minutes before the start of each conference session.

A: Changes or additions to your registration can be made through My Page. Please update your registration details in advance.

A: Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of “Participation of the children”, “Privacy Policy”, “Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar” by their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show. Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany children on the day of the show. Registration for the children is not required. Please speak to the staff at the venue on the day of the show for the participation of the children. Each legal guardian or adult aged 18 or older may accompany up to five children. If you wish to bring six or more children, please contact Show Management in advance. Please note that admission of children may be declined under certain circumstances.
